Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 17, 2026

By downloading, installing or using BioKundli: Marriage Biodata (formerly mShaadi, "the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Using BioKundli

BioKundli lets you write marriage biodatas, share them as PDFs, check kundli compatibility and, if you choose, get introduced to other families. You may use it for yourself or on behalf of a family member who has agreed to it. Introductions are only for adults of marriageable age.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Accurate Information

  • Enter biodata details that are true, and only for people who have agreed to you sharing them.
  • Do not create biodatas to impersonate or deceive anyone.
  • Keep your Apple or Google account secure if you sign in.

4. Introductions and Community Guidelines

  • Introductions are off by default and are turned on per family member.
  • Be respectful. Do not send harassing, threatening, sexually explicit or discriminatory messages.
  • Do not ask for money, run scams or advertise.
  • Do not scrape the service or use automated tools against it.

5. Reporting, Blocking and Moderation

Every introduction card and chat has Report and Block. Reports reach our moderation team, who review them within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

6. Kundli Results

Kundli scores follow the traditional 36-point Ashtakoot system and depend on the birth details you enter. They are for guidance and cultural tradition, not a prediction or professional advice. Decisions about marriage are yours.

7. Free Version, Premium and Ads

BioKundli is free with ads. Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly, six-monthly or yearly) handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. It removes ads and adds all five biodata templates, a detailed kundli PDF report and unlimited saved matches. Payment is charged to your store account, renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and can be managed in your store account settings. Apple users are also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee introductions, compatibility or marriage outcomes, and we are not responsible for the conduct of other users. Use your own judgement and take care when meeting anyone in person.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including damage resulting from your interactions with other users online or offline.

11. Deleting Your Data

You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings > Delete my data. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when features change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
