Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 17, 2026

By downloading, installing or using Satrangi: LGBTQ+ Events (formerly mZing, "the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older to use Satrangi.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Community Guidelines

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, outing anyone or sharing someone's identity without consent.
  • No sexually explicit messages, solicitation, scams or spam.
  • Use your real intentions: Satrangi is for community, support and friendship, not for pressuring anyone.
  • Submit only real, public events you are allowed to share.
  • Do not scrape the service or use automated tools against it.

4. Reporting, Blocking and Moderation

Every attendee card, request and chat has Report and Block. Reports reach our moderation team, who review them within 24 hours. We may remove content, events and accounts that break these terms.

5. Events and Resources

Listings link to their public sources and show when our team last checked them. Organisers run their own events; we are not responsible for what happens at them. Please take care when meeting people in person.

6. Free Version, Premium and Ads

Satrangi is free with ads, and every safety feature stays free. Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly, six-monthly or yearly) handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. It removes ads and gives unlimited connection requests. Payment is charged to your store account, renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and can be managed in your store account settings. Apple users are also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of other members or event organisers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including damage resulting from interactions with other members online or offline.

10. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when features change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
